BEENGS have been working closely as the consultants for the ECH Modbury Apartments. The project values to $44 MIL, and we are proud to have engaged in this project by providing services ranging from structural, geotechnical, environmental and urban/open planning.

This 77-apartment infrastructure is separated into a Northern & Southern building and is linked with a suspended linkway in which includes a Café. The project aims to provide a sense of community, amenities, health, and wellbeing to its residents through design. The open landscape provides the elderly with a social gathering shelter, recreational activities hub, urban farm area, relaxational areas and ample of natural vegetation.

Throughout the project, BEENGS has worked closely with the ECH clients and has developed a strong relationship and understanding of their desired outcomes, particularly within the age-care sector. Thus, we pride ourselves in delivering the best quality designs through relationships with our stakeholders, innovation, the perspective of the elderly and the whole Modbury community.
