Kaela assists the project manager in delivering the project through the means of organising meetings, documents, reviewing and ensures departments are on track.

Luke works closely with all departments to ensure project costs are minimised without reducing project quality. Luke also overseas the construction logistics and the systematic approach of the entire construction from safety, access routes, required machinery etc.

Luke is proactive and a swift action taker. With high levels of professionalism and strong work ethic - Luke ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Le
Kim oversees all information technology rated aspects of the project - from communication services, website development, and troubleshooting any IT issue. Kim has also spent time as a Project Manager for various projects and founded BEENGS in 2010.
​
Kim understands communication is the biggest key to a successful project, and has implemented systems which prompt instant communication between BEENGS workers, clients and construction contractors.
​
With experience in structural consultancy and construction management, Kim is flexible and able to adapt in many roles and to various environments.

Briese
Tarsha has university teaching experience with CAD and regulates all drawing outputs by the people of BEENGS, ensuring the drawings we produce are to high standards.

Tarsha has the ability to streamline processes efficiently, and excellent skills in communication, teaching/mentoring, and management.
​
Tarsha also has experience as a Urban Planning Team Leader. Combining CAD and management skills, Tarsha ensures all drawings are delivered on time.

Eshani is a co-founder of BEENGS from 2010 and has since experience roles as a Structural Team Leader, and currently as BEENGS Senior Structural Engineer.

With years of consultancy experience, Eshani is highly equipped with technical designing regarding structures, ensuring buildings are structurally sound and compliant.
Eshani also ensures the departments work are delivered on-time to the highest quality.

Ahmad has years of global experience within the Geotechnical industry. Ahmad is also a co-founder of BEENGS from 2010.
